PUBLIC NOTICE

MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Ericka M. Glenn and Derelle C. Ivory to Farmers and Merchants Bank dated April 5, 2019, said mortgage being recorded in the office of Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama, at Document Number 2019-1557, the undersigned Farmers and Merchants Bank, as mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at a public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Chambers County Courthouse at LaFayette, Alabama, on the 25th day of August, 2022, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Chambers County, Alabama to-wit:
Lot 30, 31, and 32, Covington Subdivision, as shown on subdivision plat by William L. Morkes, dated February 7, 2000, and recorded in Plat Cabinet E, Slides 29 and 30, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama. The above described property is located in Section 27, Township 22 North, Range 28 East, Chambers County, Alabama.

The above described property is conveyed subject to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions dated May 6, 2000 and recorded as Document Number 2000-2440 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama.

This being the same property conveyed by those certain deeds recorded as Document Number 2017-2609, Document Number 2017-2610 and Document Number 2017-2611 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
