DEFENDANTS Martha Carolyn Gibbs, Lemuel Elbert Gibbs, Melanie Drawdy and Alicia Land, their heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, and assigns, if deceased; and,
DEFENDANTS FICTITIOUS PARTIES A, B, C, D, E, AND F, being all persons, individuals, firms, associations, partnerships, corporations or other entities whose names are otherwise unknown to the Plaintiff but who are the persons, individuals, firms, associations, partnerships, corporations, or other entities claiming any present interest, mortgage, security interest or lien in and to the above-captioned parcels of land, and including any persons or entities claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder, right of redemption, or other interest in the above-described real property and whose correct names and legal identities will be added by amendment when ascertained.
Take notice that a Verified Complaint to Quiet Title has been filed to have determined any interest you may have in the below described real property and to have the title to said real property quieted and vested in the name of Jason Bassett.
