NOTICE OF ACTION AND SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

TO: DEFENDANT REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN;
DEFENDANTS Jessie Mae Boyd, Janell Williams, their heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, and assigns, if deceased; and,
DEFENDANTS FICTITIOUS PARTIES A, B, C, D, E, AND F, being all persons, individuals, firms, associations, partnerships, corporations or other entities whose names are otherwise unknown to the Plaintiff but who are the persons, individuals, firms, associations, partnerships, corporations, or other entities claiming any present interest, mortgage, security interest or lien in and to the above-captioned parcels of land, and including any persons or entities claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder, right of redemption, or other interest in the above-described real property and whose correct names and legal identities will be added by amendment when ascertained.
Take notice that a Verified Complaint to Quiet Title has been filed to have determined any interest you may have in the below described real property and to have the title to said real property quieted and vested in the name of Paul Dunn.
The real property that is the subject of this cause, lying situate and being in Chambers County, Alabama, is described as follows:
PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY:
Tax Parcel # 12-18-09-30-1-002-015.000
Beginning at an iron pin which is the Northeast corner of Section 30, Township 21, Range 29, Chambers County, Alabama; thence South along said Section line South 2 degrees East for 545 feet; thence in a Southwest direction South 76 degrees West for 51.6 feet to a point in the center of the old right of way of the C. V. Railroad; thence Northwesterly along the center of the old right of way North 83 degrees 55 minutes West for 1695 feet for a point; thence 90 degrees to the South for 15 feet to an iron pin for a corner and starting point on the south margin of the C. V. Railroad right of way; thence westerly along the south margin of said right of way for 264 feet, more or less to the center of a branch for a corner; thence in a generally southeasterly direction along the center of said branch for 210 feet, more or less, for a corner; thence in a Northeast direction North 63 degrees 32 minutes East for 260 feet to an iron pin for a corner located on the Southwest margin of a public road; thence in a Northwest direction along the Southwest margin of said public road North 42 degrees 53 minutes West for 130 feet to an iron pin for a corner and starting point, being the same property described in Deed Volume 147, Page 487. This property is further described as being Tax Parcel 12-18-09-30-1-002-015 in the office of the Tax Assessor of Chambers County, Alabama.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action was filed against you on April 23, 2026, and that by Order entered by the Court, you are hereby commanded to plead, answer, or otherwise respond to the Complaint within 30 days of the last publication or thereafter suffer judgment in rem to be rendered against you because this notice shall be used to perfect service against all parties who cannot be personally served with a copy of the Complaint. Your response must be filed with Lisa M. Burdette, Clerk, Circuit Court of Chambers County, Alabama, Chambers County Courthouse, 2 South LaFayette Street, Suite B-114, LaFayette, AL 36862, and served upon attorney for the Plaintiff, Jacob J. (Jake) Key, McCoy & Key, LLC, 117 North Lanier Ave., Suite 201, Lanett, AL 36863.
