TAKE NOTICE that Letters Testamentary have been granted to Robert Horald Belcher as Executor of Joy Suzanne Prestwood Belcher on February 20th, 2026, by the Honorable Paul Story, Judge of Probate, Chamber County, Alabama.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all persons having claims against the said Estate are hereby required to present the same within the time allowed by law or the same will be barred.
