Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Contractor has completed all work required under the contract for: Beulah Utilities District

2026 Water System Improvements - Includes Various New Water Mains; GMC

Project Location: 342, 343, 339, 793, 2032 Lee County Rd Salem Al,
Owner: Beulah Utilities District

All work on the above-referenced project has been fully completed in accordance with the contract documents and applicable requirements.

Pursuant to Title 39, Chapter 1, Section 1(f), Code of Alabama, all persons, firms, or corporations having claims for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project are hereby notified to submit such claims in writing to the Owner at the address below:
