ORDER FIXING DAY FOR HEARING

IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT OF INSOLVENT ESTATE FILED BY LaTONIA MICHELLE HAND, ADMINISTRATOR THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL KEVIN HAND, DECEASED.

It is Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the 27th day of October, 2026, at 10:30 am central standard time, be, and the same is hereby fixed by the Court as the day and time for the hearing on the said Petition for Final Settlement of Insolvent Estate.

It is Further Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that notice be by publication in the Valley Times for three successive weeks for the following:

Tyson Kade Hand, Addison Kate Hand (a minor), RLI Insurance Company c/o Harmon Insurance, Capital One, N.A. Kohl’s Credit Card, First National Bank of Omaha c/o Estate Team, Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd., and Ascension Point Recovery Services, LLC of the filing of the said petition and of the day and time fixed by the Court for the hearing thereon.

The attorney for the estate is to notify all parties by regular mail.
