Gregory Allen Carithers, the father of Chase Allen Carithers, an adult born September 1, 2004, whose whereabouts are unknown, must plead, answer, or otherwise respond to the adult adoption petition of Jason Scott Kinney seeking to adopt Chase Allen Carithers within 30 days of the last publication or thereafter a judgment by default may be taken against him for the relief requested in the petition.
