TO: YORK HAMON, JR., JEFFERY OWENS HARMON, MICHAEL HARMON, and CALVIN PETERSON HARMON, their heirs, lineal descendants, personal representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns, whose whereabouts are unknown; and any and all persons who claim any present, future, contingent, reversionary, remainder, or other interest in the herein referenced real property, and all unknown parties who may claim to have any right, title, interest or claim to the property herein described.
Take notice that a Complaint for Sale for Division has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Chambers County, Alabama, in case styled, “Jack Wilson, Jr. vs. York Harmon, Jr., et al.”, Case No.
CV-2026-900022.00, to have determined any interest you may have in the below described real property and to have said land sold for a division of the proceeds among the joint owners thereof.
The real property, lying situate and being in Chambers County, Alabama, is described as follows:
Parcel One: Lot No. 2, in Block “D” according to a plat of Cherry Hills prepared by Grady A. Fuller, L. S., dated June 1, 1969, recorded in Map Book 4, Pages 140-141, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama. Said plat is included herein by reference. All of the above described property is located in Lanett, Chambers County, Alabama.
Parcel Two: Lot No. 3, Block “D” according to a plat of Cherry Hills prepared by Grady A. Fuller, L.S., dated June 1, 1969, recorded in Map Book 4, Pages 140-141, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama. Said plat is included herein by reference. All of the above described property is located in Lanett, Chambers County, Alabama.
Parcel Three: Lot No. 4, Block “D” according to a plat of Cherry Hills prepared by Grady A. Fuller, L.S., dated June 1, 1969, recorded in Map Book 4, Pages 140-141, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama. Said plat is included herein by reference. All of the above described property is located in Lanett, Chambers County, Alabama.
You must file any answer to said Complaint on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the last publication of this Notice or a default judgment will be taken against you.
