NOTICE OF HEARING FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT

Mark Harmon, son, 3920 West 26th Court, Panama City, FL 32405;
Linda Harmon Eagle, daughter, 1673 Cummings Road, Lot 1, Smiths Station, AL 36877;
Pam Harmon, daughter,630 Panther Parkway, No. 14, Smiths Station, AL 36877;
And any heir at law, individual, entity or other person claiming to have an interest in said Estate.

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of March, 2026, Jacob J. Key, Administrator of the Estate of Owell Gene Harmon, deceased, has filed a Petition for Final Settlement of said Estate.
It is ordered that the 29th day of April, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. EST at the Chambers County Courthouse Annex in Lanett, Alabama has been set for hearing in the Probate Court of Chambers County, Alabama.
