IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF JUSTUS M. LOCKHART TO PROBATE AN INSTRUMENT PURPORTED TO BE THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF BEVERLY J. TERRY A/K/A BEVEALY J. TERRY, DECEASED

This day came Justus M. Lockhart and filed his petition in writing and under oath, praying for an order of this Court, admitting to probate an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Beverly J. Terry a/k/a Bevealy J. Terry, deceased.
It is Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the 14th day of July, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., central time, be, and the same is hereby fixed by the Court as the day and time for the hearing on the said petition. It is Further Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that notice of the filing of the said application and of the day and time fixed by the Court for the hearing thereon be by publication in the Valley Times for three successive weeks for the following:
