NOTICE OF SALE

As a result of John T. & George H. McCollough having failed to pay a municipal assessment of $6,200.00 (Document #2025-3984) made against the following described property, pursuant to Section 11-48-49 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, the property will be sold at public auction for cash on July 9, 2026 at 11:00 am. Est at the Valley City Hall, 20 Fob James Drive, Valley, Alabama, for the purpose of paying the assessment and interest and allowable costs.

Lot #12 in Block #1 of the E. C. Broach Addition to the Todd Addition #3 according to a plat recorded in Map Volume 2, Page 97 in the office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama. Less and except that portion of Lot #12 described as follows: Begin at an iron pin located at the intersection of the West margin of Kirvin Street and the North margin of Henry Avenue; thence South 88 degrees 35 minutes West along the North margin of Henry Avenue for 467.2 feet to an iron pin for a corner; thence North 2 degrees 10 minutes West for 100 feet to an iron pin for a corner and starting point of the parcel to be described; thence North 88 degrees 35 minutes East for 30 feet to an iron pin for a corner; thence North 2 degrees 10 minutes West for 45 feet to an iron pin for a corner; thence South 88 degrees 35 minutes West for 30 feet to an iron pin for a corner; thence South 2 degrees 10 minutes East for 45 feet to an iron pin at the point of beginning with an address of 1609 31st Street, Valley, Alabama and shown as Tax Parcel #12-18-03-06-2-005-010.000 in the Office of the Revenue Commissioner of Chambers County, Alabama.
