NOTICE OF SALE

As a result of Albert Roan, Emmanuel Ian Harris, Alvin Lamar Harris, Christopher Lamar Harris and Carlos Bernard Harris having failed to pay a municipal assessment of $5,050.00 (Document #2022-2973) made against the following described property, pursuant to Section 11-48-49 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, the property will be sold at public auction for cash on July 9, 2026 at 11:00 am. Est at the Valley City Hall, 20 Fob James Drive, Valley, Alabama, for the purpose of paying the assessment and interest and allowable costs.

All of the above property is located in Chambers County, Alabama and is shown by plat by Grady A. Fuller, Land Surveyor, dated June 22, 1962, a copy being attached to the deed recorded in Deed Book 158, Page 519. This is the same property described in Document 2011-1250 with address of 110 Denna Drive, Valley, Alabama and shown as Tax Parcel 12-18-04-19-3-006-009.000 in the Office of the Revenue Commissioner of Chambers County, Alabama.
