NOTICE OF SALE

As a result of John Joseph Pestka ℅ Barbara Jennings having failed to pay a municipal assessment of $6,700.00 (Document #2026-2315) made against the following described property, pursuant to Section 11-48-49 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, the property will be sold at public auction for cash on July 9, 2026 at 11:00 am. Est at the Valley City Hall, 20 Fob James Drive, Valley, Alabama, for the purpose of paying the assessment and interest and allowable costs.

Lot No. 3, in Block No. 22 of the Shawmut Mill Village, according to a plat of the same prepared by Clarence J. White, Jr., Engr., and recorded in Map Book 3, Pages 20-22, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama. Said plat is included herein by reference. The above-described property is situated in Shawmut, Chambers County, Alabama with an address of 2404 34th Street, Valley, Alabama and shown as Tax Parcel 12-17-01-01-4-002-003.000 in the Office of the Revenue Commissioner of Chambers County, Alabama.
