In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that Chris Clark Grading & Paving, Inc., Contractor, has completed the Contract for Improvement of: Chambers County Board of Education at Four (4) Sites - CCP 09-09-26 at Site 1: Inspire Academy Site 2: Eastside Magnet School Site 3: Huguley Elem School Site 4: Fairfax Elem School for the State of Alabama and the (County) (City) of CHAMBERS COUNTY, Owner(s), and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Chambers County Highway Dept. PO Box 650 Lafayette, AL 36862 334-864-4377.
